Delivery and ordering
We make and deliver every bouquet ourselves from our shops in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. You order in English on WhatsApp.
How to order
- Choose a design in the shop and press Order on WhatsApp, or add several designs to your order and send them together.
- Tell us the city, the date, the recipient and the address, and the message for the card.
- We confirm availability and the final price on WhatsApp and send you a payment link.
- Before the flowers leave the shop we send you a photo of the actual bouquet.
Hanoi
- Delivery in about 2 hours inside the inner city.
- Free delivery inside the inner city for orders from 500,000 ₫. Outer districts: 30,000 – 50,000 ₫.
- Delivery after 21:00 carries a late-hour fee of 50,000 ₫.
Ho Chi Minh City
- Delivered from our Ho Chi Minh City shop.
- The delivery time is confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you order.
Flowers
We work with fresh flowers, many imported from Ecuador, the Netherlands, Japan and Kunming. Flowers vary slightly with the season, so the final design is confirmed with a photo before it goes out.
Payment
Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). USD amounts on the site are for reference only. The site does not take card payments: after you chat with us on WhatsApp, we send you a separate payment link.
