International Flower Delivery to Vietnam on Sunday

International flower delivery to Vietnam on Sundays is possible through Hoa Lang Thang for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City only—we do not serve other Vietnamese cities. When you order from abroad on a Sunday, your message reaches our team in Vietnam's time zone (UTC+7); we confirm the delivery date, accept payment by international card or bank transfer, and photograph the real bouquet before it leaves the shop. Delivery happens within 5–10 days depending on your location outside Vietnam. The recipient gets fresh, locally sourced or imported blooms the same day we dispatch. Sunday orders follow the same process as weekday orders: no surcharge, no delays. We handle the cross-border logistics; you pay once, no hidden fees. Avoid assuming Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City operate on your clock—confirm the recipient's address format and phone number beforehand to prevent failed delivery. Order on WhatsApp +84 969 293 894

What happens when you order on a Sunday?

When you message us on Sunday (your time or ours), your order enters our queue the same way as a weekday order. We read WhatsApp during Vietnam business hours and confirm receipt within 24 hours in most cases. If Sunday is your local weekend but it's already Monday morning in Vietnam (UTC+7), we may process your order the same day. Payment clears by international transfer or card, then we source fresh flowers from local growers or our import partners, arrange them by hand, photograph the finished bouquet, and schedule delivery for the confirmed date. The recipient receives their flowers as a fresh arrangement, not a pre-made box. Sunday does not change the timeline, cost, or quality—it simply means we work seven days.

Which cities in Vietnam accept Sunday deliveries?

Both cities have active shops and same-day delivery networks on all days, including Sundays. If your recipient lives outside these two cities, we cannot fulfill the order, and you should confirm this before paying. Check the recipient's address carefully: does it list "Hanoi" (Thành phố Hà Nội) or "Ho Chi Minh City" (Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh)? If yes, we can deliver. If it lists a province name or district outside these two cities, contact us first so we do not disappoint you.

How long does international delivery take on Sunday orders?

International orders placed on Sunday take 5–10 days from payment to delivery, depending on your country and postal/banking systems. The timeline includes: payment processing (1–3 days), flower sourcing and arrangement (1 day in Vietnam), and delivery to the recipient (same day as arrangement). If you order from the US on Sunday, expect 5–7 working days; from Europe, 7–10 days. Vietnam's time is ahead: a Sunday order from New York morning may arrive in Hanoi on Monday. Plan ahead for birthdays or anniversaries—last-minute Sunday orders risk delays. Ask us for a quote on WhatsApp once you confirm the recipient's delivery date preference.

How sending from abroad works

What payment method works for Sunday orders?

We accept international card payments and bank transfers for all orders, including Sundays. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) process instantly or within 24 hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and ours. Do not wait until Sunday evening if you need next-day payment confirmation—send your order early in our Vietnam morning (Sunday evening, US time) so our team can confirm receipt before weekend ends there. Once payment clears, we begin work immediately. Ask us for our payment details on WhatsApp, and we will send a secure link or bank information.

Can you deliver Sunday flowers for Vietnamese occasions?

Yes—birthday flowers, Mother's Day blooms, Women's Day arrangements, and even sympathy flowers for death anniversaries can reach Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday. Each occasion has flower traditions: red and pink for birthdays, yellow for Mother's Day (celebrated May 2 in Vietnam), red carnations for Women's Day (March 8), white lilies for funerals. A Sunday order for a Monday or Tuesday occasion is common when you are sending across time zones. Order early so we have time to source blooms matching the occasion's meaning. Provide the recipient's relationship and the date in your message so we suggest the right style.

What to check before you buy Sunday flowers

Address verification. Does the address include a street number, ward (phường), and district (quận)? Vietnamese addresses differ from Western formats; incorrect ones cause failed deliveries. Ask the recipient to text you their full address, then paste it into your WhatsApp order message.

Phone number format. Include the recipient's Vietnam phone number as "0" + 9 digits (e.g., 0912345678), not +84, to ensure the delivery driver can call. Check this before payment.

Date confirmation. Specify the delivery date in your order (e.g., "Monday, 20 January 2026"), not "ASAP." This prevents miscommunication across time zones.

Occasion and message. Tell us the reason (birthday, apology, sympathy) so we match flowers to the meaning. Provide a short card message in English; we translate and include it if you wish.

Budget scope. Ask us for a quote on WhatsApp before paying—our price depends on flower type, size, and delivery city, and we include it in your payment link.

When not to order Sunday flowers from abroad

Do not order if the recipient lives outside Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City—we will decline delivery. Do not order fewer than 5–7 days before a special date if you are in North America or Europe; international banking adds delay. Do not assume a 2-day turnaround for international orders; domestic Vietnam delivery is fast, but cross-border payment and shipping take time. Do not send a card message in a language we do not support without asking first—we work with English and Vietnamese. Do not order without confirming the recipient's phone number; a missed call means missed delivery.

FAQ

Do you charge extra for Sunday delivery?

No—Sundays cost the same as any weekday. We operate seven days and do not add surcharges. Ask us for a quote on WhatsApp to see the exact price for your arrangement and city.

What if I order Sunday morning my time but it's already Monday in Vietnam?

Your order still processes as normal. Our Vietnam time (UTC+7) is ahead of most Western countries; a Sunday order from the US morning is Monday in Vietnam. We confirm receipt and begin work immediately.

How do I know my Sunday flowers actually arrived?

We photograph the real bouquet before it leaves our shop and send you the image via WhatsApp so you confirm the design. The driver will call the recipient's phone number on delivery day. Ask the recipient to text or call you once they receive it.

Can I include a message in Vietnamese on my Sunday order?

Yes—write your message in English on WhatsApp, and we translate and include it on the card at no extra cost. Or write in Vietnamese yourself if you prefer; we print exactly what you send.

What happens if payment doesn't clear by Sunday evening?

Card payments usually clear within 24 hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days. Once payment clears, we begin work immediately, even if it is Monday in Vietnam. The delivery date resets based on when we start arranging, so inform us of your preferred delivery date when you order.
