If flowers arrive damaged, the recipient must report it to us within 2 hours with photos; we cannot replace bouquets 24 hours after delivery. What flowers and messages work best for Vietnamese occasions?

No. We deliver only in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Do not ask us to promise delivery elsewhere—we will not do it. If you need flowers in another city, ask us on WhatsApp for a recommendation, but we cannot guarantee quality or service. Check with your recipient first: which city do they live in? If it's not one of our two, order something else or use a local florist there instead.

What happens if my payment clears but the order fails?

If payment clears and we cannot source the flowers you've chosen (rare, but happens in low seasons), we'll message you immediately with alternatives and ask permission to proceed. If flowers arrive damaged or dead (very rare—we inspect all stock), the recipient must report it to us within 2 hours with photos. We will not replace bouquets reported 24 hours after delivery. Weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability are not our responsibility, but we always try to reschedule for the same day or next day at no extra cost.
