If you message us at 10 a.m. Korea time on a Monday, we see it at 8 a.m. Vietnam time the same day. We reply within hours on weekdays. The 5–10 day window counts from when you send payment confirmation: we arrange the bouquet within 1–2 days, deliver it, and photograph it. This is not overnight; it's realistic for cross-border import. Plan accordingly if the date matters (birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day on 8 March).

Why does the recipient's Vietnamese phone number matter so much?

Your recipient must be reachable by phone in Vietnam—not optional. Our delivery driver will call 15–30 minutes before arrival to confirm they're home or to arrange a building gate code. If the number is inactive, wrong, or on another network, delivery fails and we reschedule. Vietnamese phone numbers are 10 digits starting with 09, 08, 03, 05, or 07 (no country code when you give it to us). Write it exactly as your recipient would write it locally. You provide your card details via a secure link or arrange a transfer to our Vietnam bank account (details sent over WhatsApp after you confirm the order). Payment clears within 1–2 business days. Once we see the funds, we buy the flowers, arrange them, photograph them, and send you the photo for approval. Only then do we deliver. No payment, no flowers—this protects both of us. If you're in Korea on a Friday evening, a Sunday transfer won't clear until Monday, which shifts your delivery date. Plan for business-day processing.

What goes wrong and how do you prevent it?

Address mistakes: Saigon addresses are long and confusing (street name + ward + district). Write your recipient's address as they would write it themselves (ask them). Include a landmark: "opposite the park," "next to the motorbike shop." This cuts delivery delays in half.

Recipient not home: Confirm a time window. We deliver morning or afternoon; if the recipient is always out during that window, rearrange. We don't leave flowers unattended.

Do you deliver to addresses outside Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi?

No. We deliver only in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. If your recipient is in another city, we cannot promise delivery. We'll tell you plainly on WhatsApp so you can plan elsewhere.

What if the recipient's phone doesn't answer when the driver calls?

Delivery is rescheduled. The driver will try again the next day. A working, active phone number in Vietnam is non-negotiable. If the number is wrong or inactive, contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can arrange an alternative.

Can I order same-day delivery from Korea?

No. We need 5–10 days from payment because we arrange flowers from Korea in real time. Same-day delivery within Vietnam is also not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. Order early.

What flowers are not available in Ho Chi Minh City?

Most imported flowers (peonies, cherry blossoms, exotic orchids) depend on season and import availability. Ask us on WhatsApp if you want a specific type. Local flowers (roses, lilies, carnations, sunflowers) are reliable year-round.

Can I send a card message in Korean or English?

Yes. We accept your message in English and can translate it to Vietnamese, or you can write Vietnamese directly. Korean is not typical for Vietnam; we recommend English or Vietnamese for clarity and respect.
